\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Energy Transition Portfolio Manager to lead our product portfolio strategy and drive the success of our offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

\n\nStrong Product Portfolio leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.\nExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth within a product portfolio.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.\nExperience in Industrial Measurement and Control with respects to Energy Transition segments of any of the following: Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Hydrogen (including derivatives – Ammonia, Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier, Electrolyzers), Biogas (Renewable Natural Gas), Carbon Capture (plus Emissions Monitoring), and Electrification (energy storage, production).\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\nProduct Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the product portfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
\nProduct Roadmap Management: Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
\nCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
\nMarket Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation within the portfolio.
\nStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
\nPerformance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
\nInnovation and Future Planning: Drive innovation within the product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to develop and test new product concepts.
\nYOU MUST HAVE:
\n\nMinimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.\nProven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.\nStrong understanding of Master Data Management.\n\nWE VALUE:
