This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs. **What You’ll Do:** + Present Energy & Sustainability reports to improve client KPIs in energy savings and carbon footprint reduction. + Assist with the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve Energy & Sustainability performance. + Review basic data and evaluate reports to identify opportunities for new programs as well as improvements in current programs. + Engage with managers to help ensure that global energy and sustainability standards are upheld. + Prepare, deliver, and write proposals and communicate them to all levels of a customer’s organization. + Create dashboard reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of initiatives. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
