Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Energy & Environmental Litigation practice group in Seattle.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Washington Bar admission is required. At least 3 years of litigation experience, with environmental and/or energy experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Law review or journal experience is strongly preferred, and former judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex environmental litigation matters, including cases involving CERCLA, MTCA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act. Represent clients in energy regulatory litigation before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on high-stakes litigation at both local and national levels.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
