Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Energy Data Management (EDM) IT specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining expert knowledge of Brady EDM, the EDM solution selected by TotalEnergies, and becoming the overall responsible of the application for all related IT matters.
This role requires strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Brady EDM application and its functionalities.Interact with users and other IT team members to understand the business and technical requirements.Configure the application and integrate it into the IT landscape.Interact with the vendor and other IT teams to ensure the application is meeting business needs and to identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the integration and user acceptance testing. Prepare the required documentation. Provide training with the support of the vendor to ensure users can effectively use the application.Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.Manage the release and deployment of the application together with the vendor (PaaS), ensuring they are carried out smoothly and efficiently.Take ownership of incident and problem management, ensuring incidents are resolved promptly and problems are identified and addressed to prevent future incidents.Provide user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Manage users, security and license management for the application.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Energy Data Management and the application, and make recommendations for improvements.

The trading function will play a key role in supporting this company transformation.
