How do you excel in this position\n

Stark Tech is seeking an Energy Analyst to support the evaluation, development, implementation, and data analysis of energy-related projects. In this role, you'll assist senior analysts and engineers with energy calculations, system feasibility studies, field data collection, and the development of project documentation. You'll perform routine analysis using standard techniques, evaluate energy efficiency options, conduct cost-benefit and life cycle cost analyses, and help ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, and schedules. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a general understanding of applicable codes and standards are key to success. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise while contributing to impactful energy solutions.\n

What are we looking for\n\nBachelor's degree in STEM related field. \nTraining or experience in areas such as energy use analysis, energy production calculations, or life-cycle costing\nProficient with time management to follow the various detailed phases of projects.\nAbility to work on multiple small and large projects simultaneously.\nProficient in reading site plans or construction documents.\nExcellent problem-solving skills\n\n

What we would love to see\n\nExperience in solar, BESS, or other renewables field.\nExperience evaluating technical and regulatory requirements\nUnderstanding of energy related incentive structures\nExperience using AutoCAD, solar design, or GIS applications\nProgress towards additional certifications (i.e. NABCEP CEM, CEA, LEED AP) also a plus.\n\n
