End User Computing - Analyst

We’re looking for an End User Computing Analyst, based in our Glasgow office, to deliver operational stability and innovative solutions for over 7,000 users worldwide.

What you’ll do:

Assist with mobile device management (Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS) via Intune, including provisioning, configuration, and compliance.Perform Windows device setup and pre-configuration via AutoPilot.Support vulnerability management and monitor compliance of the EUC estate.Define and maintain EUC standards related to user devices and software.Contribute to service improvement and innovation within the EUC estate.Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to a global customer base within an SLA-driven environment.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experience in mobile device management across various platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS).Hands-on experience with tools like Intune, AutoPilot, and Adaptiva OneSite Patch.Proven ability to manage and maintain EUC standards and security compliance.Strong documentation skills to produce detailed Standard Operating Procedures.A collaborative and proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovation.Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
