EMS Administrative Specialist

Job Summary:
Support for EMS Physicians
+ Coordinate & plan meetings
+ Take detailed minutes
+ Manage EMS program files
+ Manage EMS program HR - Independant Contractor Time
+ Prepare & Review Correspondence & Program Announcements
+ Maintain EMS Program Budget, prepare annual budget in conjunction with Directorof EMS Education
+ Submit purchase requests in accordance with established policy
+ Aid program staff in collecting & reviewing performance data
+ In conjunction with Director EMS Education, coordinate & support EMS outreach efforts
+ Provide advice & assistance to students & program staff
+ Aid in the develop digital content, maintain EMS Program social media presence
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience.
Proficient in office software, including spreadsheets. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills are a plus
Work Days:
Monday - Friday daytime hours
