Key Responsibilities:
+ Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business processes, challenges, and system requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
+ System Configuration:Work with the implementation team to configure ERP modules, workflows, user permissions, and customizations based on organizational needs.
+ User Training and Support:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users. Provide ongoing support and resolve issues to ensure smooth system navigation.
+ Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing, to confirm functionality and address defects.
+ Documentation:Create and maintain user guides, training materials, process workflows, and configuration documentation, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date content.
+ Change Management:Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes, promoting user adoption, and addressing any resistance.
+ Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for system optimization and gather user feedback to inform updates and enhancements.
+ Vendor Coordination:Act as the liaison between the organization and the vendor, handling requirements, troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing system support.
Minimum Requirements:
+ A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Expected Salary: $60,000 to $65,000
