Accountabilities:
As an EBRM Manager, you will work closely with the Sourcing team and the Talent Acquisition Team to understand recruitment needs, candidate market, and how we can adopt the Employer Branding strategy to deliver against our hiring needs. You will lead and drive our employer brand presence and recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring that the business is well prepared for communicating our employer brand to the external audience. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.
- Shown experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function in an Employer Brand/Talent Marketing role.
- Experience in working with external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder/influencer.
- Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy/approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced global environment.
