Job Description

The role is part of the Global Mobility Team in Manila which is responsible for delivering first-rate support and administrative services to AECOM employees identified for international assignments. The role involves working on administrative tasks focused on vendor management, assignment management, tax, and immigration, in compliance with service level agreements, policies, governance, and performance targets.

Works independently to manage assigned administrative tasks relating to Global MobilityCoordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure accurate processing of all assigned administrative tasks (e.g. assignment letters) Maintain accurate and timely resolution of all queries and efficient handling of all cases; ensuring cases are only transferred where appropriate and within specified guidelines.Escalate issues when necessary and provide input into the completion of incident reports to enable effective issue investigation and continuous improvement.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensure communication is effective and informative.Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements both internal and external (i.e. GDPR, AECOM Privacy Policy and SOX) for compliance and risk mitigationResponsible for accurate and timely documents management, and systems data and records maintenance on assigned transactions.Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance process by identifying opportunities to improve current processes, escalate for discussion and decision and revise documents accordingly.Contribute and participate on continuous improvement projects as required.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO IndustryIntermediate proficiency in MS Office toolsBasic knowledge and understanding of global mobility processes and procedures.Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle, Workday, AssignmentPro.
