HR Operations Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:Main support in the planning and execution of engagement events. Vendor search, quote and selection processes. PO requisition, goods receipt and invoice follow-up.Communication activities- design and publish internal content regarding HR initiatives and campaigns. Connect with employees and managers, respond to queries and doubts.Organization of HR assets and souvenirs stock.Execution of HR reports and presentations. You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are passionate about connecting with people. You are student of the last 3 semesters in careers like Administration, Communication, HR, Psychology or related. (Graduation December 2025 or December 2026).You have great negotiation and communication skills.You are at ease communicating in English.
