The Employee Experience Housing Specialist is responsible for delivering an excellent experience for our employees at Woodward Tahoe. The individual assists in facilitating the full life cycle of the employee including recruitment, culture, and employee engagement, with a focus on employee housing operations and housing law compliance. This individual will collaborate with team members across the resort to innovate and organize a seamless experience for our employees.

This is a Full-Time, year round position with potential to advance within the department. This position includes full benefits, paid time off, and 401k matching

While every day on the mountain is different and our roles may shift based on business need, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as the Employee Experience Coordinator of Housing:
Leads day-to-day housing operations with fellow Employee Experience team members
Coordinates with resort maintenance team to ensure resident's needs are met
Assist in the planning and execution of monthly housing events
Oversee resident assistants by communicating and following up with tasks
Reinforces department policies, procedures, training, and documentation
Proactively anticipates resident needs and communicates with Employee Experience Senior Specialist of Housing
Functions as an ambassador of Woodward Tahoe, modeling and sharing the "culture" on and off the mountain
Collaborate and support team in the facilitation of yearly upgrades
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in hospitality, lodging, or property management
Guest service mindset and a willingness to manage a variety of challenges
A consummate team player that dreams big!
Exceptional interpersonal skills presented with a professional manner and integrity
Leads with a mindset of ownership of everything they do and holds themselves accountable for their performance
