Manage the full employee lifecycle, including leading the onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processesDesign and coordinate employee wellness program together with the Wellness lead, such as wellness awareness workshops, wellness initiatives, and mental health programsDevelop DE&I activities together with the Engagement and DE&I leads to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfactionWork closely with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase employee satisfactionDevelop and maintain relationships with employees across all levels of the organization to ensure positive employee experienceConduct surveys and analyze data to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with other departments to create and implement company-wide initiatives that align with our mission and valuesCreate and maintain documentation related to employee experience, such as employee handbooks and training materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, HR or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in employee experience and/or wellness managementKnowledge and understanding of the principles of employee EX, wellness, DE&I and engagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening and influencing skills. Comfortable working with all levels of employeesStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-makingAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResilient and positive mindset with high energy. Is curious and has natural empathy and encourages collaborationConfident team player, result-driven approach and can work autonomously.Fluent in English
