Employee Benefits Strategic Field Resource Manager

Our Employee Benefits team is currently seeking a Strategic Field Resource Manager.

This position will play a vital role in the development of our sales culture and in driving new business results and will work closely with the local Sales Executives, Management, and Producers in deploying our sales strategies throughout the Northeast footprint.

Specific responsibilities include:

Staying informed on new business toolsFacilitating the onboarding and training of new employees, producers and other staff as needed to ensure employee benefits tools/strategies are well understood and availableConsistently updating the team on what’s happening nationally, regionally and locallyCoordinating resources, meetings, events, newsletters, etc. (Client facing focus – strong emphasis on compliance)Participating in update calls and ensuring that initiatives are documented and executed onDriving sales support to understand numbers and communicate them effectively

At least 1 year of experience in sales/service of Employee BenefitsValid Life/Health Insurance Producer LicenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a teamProven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment4 year college degree preferredValid Property and Casualty license a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

The expected pay range for this position is $35.71 an hour to $38.47 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
