Job Summary:
Supports the effectuation of revenue synergies (i.e. premium placement and VCC). Develop and manage critical KPIs to drive decisions that support total client growth. Collaborate with sales leaders, operations leader and practice leader. Analyze and interpret critical data points with recommendations to regional leadership team. Provide specialized reporting to department and vertical leaders.
Responsibilities:
Update existing client files.
Process changes requested by the client including carrier quotes, benefit summaries, benefit guides and enrollment forms.
Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
Process Employee Enrollments as backup if necessary.
Assist Producers and AE’s in performing their duties.
Do special projects as determined by manager and/or supervisory.
Keep informed regarding technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Client benefit process information to Benefit Administration vendor partners for Implementations, coordinating with client and internal staff as necessary.
Reviews benefit systems for accuracy and makes corrections, or coordinates with necessary parties through resolution.
Coordinates with AE on specific enrollment data from carrier system to import into benefit system during implementation.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry or Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of Employee Benefits terminology required, Alternative Funding experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced presentation skills
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Focused attention to deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Open to 10-20% travel
