Employee Benefits, Marketing Manager

The Employee Benefits Marketing Manager plays a critical role within the Employee Benefits Marketing Team as part of the Marketing, Brand, and Communications (MBC) organization at Gen.

This role is responsible for developing and managing marketing resources that support both Sales and Partner Success teams, ensuring they have the right tools, content, and collateral to drive acquisition, retention, and account growth.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer with experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, and content development. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Success, Communications, and Demand Generation teams to create materials that effectively communicate the value of our employee benefits solutions to partners and clients.

This role is based at our U.S. headquarters in Tempe, AZ. The person in this role is required to be in the office multiple days a week.
