Employee Administration Specialist
+ Managing the purchase, control, and distribution of office supplies. + Handling company correspondence and ensuring proper document circulation. + Booking and managing conference rooms in the office. + Coordinating with external office service providers. + Providing timely and accurate administrative support to various stakeholders. + Assisting in organizing business trips, including hotel and flight bookings. + Ensuring proper organization of office space. + Supporting the organization of company events and parties. + Managing employee personal data and documentation, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality. + Coordinating and managing employee benefits registration, verifying benefit selections, and responding to basic inquiries. + Proactively supporting the HR department in managing everyday tasks and interactions with different employees. + Supporting the HR department in labor law regulations and assisting in the onboarding process of new employees. + Improving data accuracy in HR systems, ensuring consistency, correctness, and completeness. + Ensuring compliance with HR policies, local legislation, and corporate requirements. + Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, program implementations, and employee engagement activities.
