We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our mission of attracting top digital talent.
This internship offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the fundamentals of recruitment, gain hands-on experience, and make a tangible impact on our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment while growing alongside a global leader in consulting - all from our vibrant Madrid office.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Plan and Coordinate Interviews: Organize and schedule recruitment interviews following BCG's established procedures.Engage in End-to-End Recruitment: Participate in every stage of the candidate recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.Create Innovative Events: Design and manage recruitment events that attract top-tier digital talent.Source Exceptional Candidates: Hunt for the best candidates on social media and review spontaneous applications to help the team build a robust talent pipeline.Maintain Recruitment Databases: Keep our recruitment systems updated daily with precision and care.Analyze and Report Data: Prepare insightful reports on recruitment activities to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.What You'll Bring
Required:
Experience: You've already had significant experience in HR or recruitment.Education: University degree (completed) is required.Interest for Digital and Tech: You're curious and enthusiastic about the world of digital and technology.People Skills: You enjoy human interaction and have excellent interpersonal skills.Attention to Detail: You are meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment is second nature to you.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must-working in an international setting will be part of your day-to-day.Tools: Proficiency in databases and HR systems is a must.Who You'll Work With
Our talent acquisition team, covering Spain, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, in permanent relation with our regional team. You will interact with different stakeholders, from interviewers to the leadership team for your system.
