Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Senior Associate to join their rapidly growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice group in New York.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in New York is required. Minimum of five years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work, preferably at a comparable law firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in math and Excel. Ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively. Stellar academic credentials and strong references.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Advise venture capital funds and other investors in high-value transactions. Work closely with a collaborative team of experienced practitioners on sophisticated, national-level matters.
