Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Emerging Tech Account Manager, an office or field-based role that supports our Emerging Tech sales team. In this position, you will engage in market research, client onboarding, and run rate business maintenance across government, academic, and diagnostic sectors. You will be responsible for new client prospecting and RFP submissions. As part of BioReliance (CTS), the world's largest provider of pharma and biopharma GMP manufacturing and biologics safety testing, you will leverage your industry knowledge and desire to develop sales and commercial skills to drive success for the Emerging Tech team and achieve or exceed sales targets. This position allows for remote work and requires a highly self-motivated, assertive, and well-organized individual with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and main business objectives (MBOs).
Establish strong working relationships with the Emerging Tech team to support client prospecting, qualification, and onboarding.
Demonstrate a strong investigative drive to identify new target clients that fit defined attributes.
Provide accurate, detailed forecasts for your territory.
Utilize sales tools effectively to support the success of the wider Emerging Tech team, gain efficiencies, and document customer interactions (CRM, tablets, literature, etc.).
Collaborate with business partners, including customer service, technical service, field marketing, technology management, and demand planning.
