Emergency Room Technician

Responsible for coordination of patient care in the Emergency Center (EC) as the Emergency Room Technician (ERT). Under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Emergency Room Technician (ERT) is responsible for direct care of the patients within the EC.


Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent. Current bedside experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Clerical experience preferred. Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date. Must have at least one of the following: Current WI EMT Certification Current WI Nursing Assistant certification with experience in an acute care setting (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years) Experience as an Emergency Room Technician (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years)
