As an EMEA Marketing Strategy Manager- Vice President, on the Global Payments team, you will leverage EMEA's unique positioning to capitalize on country-specific, region-wide, and global opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as the broader EMEA Payments Marketing Team, you will ensure our marketing efforts are impactful, measurable, and aligned with business growth objectives. You will report to the Head of Payments Marketing, EMEA, Commercial & Investment Bank. This team is aligned to the Product and Regions global marketing team and sit within the Global Payments Marketing Team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EMEA marketing strategies that align with business priorities, focusing on Treasury, Commerce, and Trade & Working Capital product marketing. Utilize a data- and client-centric approach to drive growth. Lead the development of comprehensive marketing initiatives, partnering with sales, country heads, and industry teams to acquire new business and deepen client relationships. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal marketing teams to design and implement cohesive, innovative campaigns with measurable impact. Advise on channel activations to maximize the marketing ecosystem's potential. Measure, track, and present marketing outcomes and insights to executive leadership. Leverage data to refine strategies and optimize in-market initiatives. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the region. Work closely with EMEA Payments and Global Payments Marketing colleagues and across lines of business marketers to ensure alignment and synergy and transparency of communication.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Expertise in creating and delivering data-driven integrated strategies and activations. Essential B2B marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing. Proven experience in campaign development and optimization. Comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and functions. Experience in regional project execution and navigating complex organizational structures. Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Essential experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Payments marketing, with a proven track record of driving marketing and go-to-market initiatives. Deep understanding of the payments industry. Exceptional expertise in data aggregation and storytelling through PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Contribute to the development and execution of impactful, strategic marketing plans to deliver results. Understand digital touchpoints across email, webcasts, media, and digital tools, driving a digital strategy for deeper client engagement.
