As an EMEA Mergers & Acquisition Business Manager - Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business heads. Your role will be to identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks. You will work closely with the business to optimize bottom line performance by promoting initiatives and developing business strategy. You will have the opportunity to advise and help promote the strategic agenda for the EMEA M&A business, primarily supporting the business team based in London. This role offers an excellent platform to work with a variety of teams across Global Banking as well as building an understanding of the M&A Business.
Job responsibilities
Development and oversight of performance metrics for the business, including financial, pipeline, expensesPreparation of business performance presentations/reviews Management of financial / pipeline data and review of underlying information on a periodic basis, in collaboration with functional partnersAssist in key business/strategic, regulatory, and governance priorities for the franchiseSupport development of business strategy, client prioritization and revenue planning, co-ordination, and delivery of key initiatives and projectsAnalyse, monitor and have an understanding of JPMorgan’s competition position as per Dealogic including both wallet and volumeBuild product knowledge and awareness of business and industry developments / requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
