Ensuring all regions have appropriate and adequate financial management, control and reporting to meet all Client and CBRE requirements. As a key member of the Account leadership team you will actively drive the Account to ensure it meets the targets set and our sustainable growth through exceptional Client service agenda. **What You’ll Do:** · Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to the Account, ensuring effective financial management and reporting across EMEA. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner. · Drive high-quality financial performance by aligning service line commitments with corporate policies and identifying savings opportunities. · Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, monthly management accounts, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with SOX controls. · Lead and motivate a diverse finance team, promoting accountability and professional development. · Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational objectives and best practices. **What You’ll Need:** · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
