We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the EMEA Engineering Coordinator. Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, this role is crucial in managing MEP & Fire services and systems administration, as well as vendor coordination across the Central European Middle East and Africa region. The ideal candidate will provide integrated support to our engineering team and play a vital role in maintaining our critical services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Corrigo Work Order Management:
Raise and review Corrigo Work OrdersAudit Work Orders for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with local engineers and management teams to update and amend schedulesIncident and Breakdown Management:
Raise Work Orders for equipment breakdowns and defectsLiaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAsProvide status updates to relevant stakeholdersFinancial and Administrative Tasks:
Raise purchase orders in line with JLL & Client proceduresMaintain accurate financial recordsCoordinate with JLL management and client CSO team to determine contractual liabilitiesPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Coordination:
Ensure correct assignment of PPMs for night shift and weekend worksMaintain up-to-date vendor contact details in activity controllers' run booksAssist in Change Management ticket assignments and approvalsData Management and Reporting:
Correlate PPM and Work Order data on a daily and weekly basisEnsure maintenance and repair data is accurately updated in CorrigoAssist with vendor "as installed drawing" and O&M record information reconciliationSupport the Regional Engineering Manager in compiling and formatting weekly status reportsQualifications and Requirements:
Extensive experience in maintenance operations within a financial services or critical services environmentEnglish level proficiencyProficiency in Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) such as Maximo, Corrigo, or CAFM systemsStrong organizational and coordination skillsExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and vendorsDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completenessAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional Information:
