About the Role:

As an Embedded Systems Developer at Concentrix Catalyst, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing new features for our existing embedded framework. You will work closely with Android developers, debug complex embedded processes, and tackle exciting challenges in real-time systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact on a growing product while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and Enhance: Design and implement new embedded features for our existing framework, continuously improving its functionality and performance.

·        Troubleshoot and Solve Issues: Identify and resolve issues in embedded tool functionality to ensure smooth operations and high-quality performance.

·        Collaborate with Android Developers: Work alongside Android teams to design and deliver effective solutions that bridge embedded and mobile environments.

·        Debug Embedded Systems: Investigate and troubleshoot embedded processes to diagnose and resolve issues at the system level.

·        Ensure Timely Delivery: Lead or contribute to meeting project milestones and deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

·        Customer Interaction: Communicate technical updates, solutions, and progress to both internal teams and external customers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

·        3+ years of experience in Embedded Application Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

·        Strong proficiency in Embedded C for real-time system development.

·        Experience with Embedded RTOS, such as FreeRTOS, to manage complex tasks and resources.

·        Familiarity with Communication Protocols, including i2C, SPI, USB, CAN, TCP/IP, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, to support seamless device communication.

·        Experience with GIT, Jira, and Crucible for version control and project management.

·        Proven track record in Customer Interaction, with the ability to communicate technical details and solutions clearly and effectively.

·        Creative Problem-Solving: A strong visual and software design sense, with the ability to creatively approach challenges.

·        Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Android application development, which will enhance your ability to collaborate with mobile developers.
