Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s.

关注项目所有机电方面事项，包括设计、安装、测试、调试和移交。为客户实现可能取得的最佳成果。

Be expertise of MEP code and regulation.

熟悉且掌握机电规范和法规。

Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants, contractors and suppliers.

角色责任：

Lead and manage project team. Ensure all project targets are met, manage open issues.

Organize project meeting and follow LOP list;

Conduct constructability reviews of design drawings and specifications and feed back to Design department.

Take fully responsible respective project quality management, schedule management, cost management, EHS management.

Ensure that all project costs are accurately estimated and then tracked during the project lifecycle.

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;

Organize to develop bidding document and support others departments during bidding process.

Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to the project team.

Provide supervision and direction to the field engineers.

Chair construction management meetings and prepare / distribute minutes as required.

Manage request for information (RFI) procedure. Ensure timely response to RFI requests.

Coordinate as needed with BBA PM, BBH-6, technology, design team, Contractor and design engineers.

按照要求与BBA项目经理、BBH-6、工艺、设计院、承包商、设计工程师进行沟通

Prepare submittal logs and expedite submittals as needed to support the project schedule.

准备提交材料的记录，按照项目工期要求加快审批速度

The AM should walk the site regularly to control work quality, materials and the time schedule.

应该定期进行现场巡视，控制工程质量、材料及工期

If construction defects or time schedule delays are detected the area manager shall ensure that corrective action is taken to correct the issue

如果区域经理发现施工有缺陷或者工期延误，应确保及时采取有效措施

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, till CAH work finished。

管理项目日常运作，直至按照业主要求把区域/系统移交给工艺及FM

Identify and minimizes risk on project;

识别并减少项目风险；

Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential;

Ensure EHS standard is fulfilled during project execution.

资格和经验：

Bachelor degree or above in Civil engineering / Electrical Engineering and Automation / HVAC, or other related majors. More than 10 years' experience in project management for manufactory or property projects, including but not limited the construction management, design coordination, engineering change management, equipment selection, site commissioning, acceptance and handover work. 

土木工程、电气工程及其自动化、暖通工程等相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上制造工厂或地产项目管理经验，包括但不限于施工管理、设计协调、变更管理、设备选型、现场调试、验收移交等工作。

Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation.

熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规

Be able to multitask and manage priorities
