Your role and responsibilities•\tSupports sales for SEAM Groups divisions, with a direct tie to Arc Flash, Infrared, Preventative Maintenance, and Renewables lines of business for electrical safety. •\tDefines, develops, and executes the strategies and business plans related to focus segments, channels, and applications for identified markets in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.•\tDefines Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for existing products as well as new product launches in collaboration with the Marketing function and ensures their achievement.•\tDefines marketing and sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.•\tEnsures profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives, in collaboration with the division stakeholders.•\tOversees the implementation of activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives.•\t Supports the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events when required.•\tUnderstands segment, channel, and customer needs in the market and creates new business opportunities.•\tDevelops and implements product support and training to ensure high customer satisfaction in collaboration with Product Management and the global team.•\tManages commercial and technical support for the Sales team in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.•\tSupports continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by overseeing the execution of customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and taking corrective actions as necessary.•\tEnsures effective approach to global and regional accounts.•\tShares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration\tMore than 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management\tGood understanding on the SEAM Core Portfolio, being sales in the electrical division. Primarily Arc Flash, Infrared, Preventative Maintenance and Renewables. \t3 - 5 years of strategic development experience.\tGood understanding of the customer’s problems needs and challenges as well as industry-specific knowledge preferred.\tGood insights on competitive landscape, competitor’s offering, and competitor’s go-to-market model.\tEffective communication & interpersonal skills with great negotiation and influencing skills.
