Job DescriptionThis specific eLIMS NG Business Analyst role for our inhouse built Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will have the accountability for the proper deployment of the New Generation eLIMS by meeting business requirements including the support of the new software and training of new users.
This LIMS is used worldwide in Eurofins Food and Environmental Testing Laboratories enabling Eurofins to be a market leader in these segments of Testing for Live.
In this position, you will ensure the eLIMS-NG application is properly deployed across the Eurofins Group and affiliates.
Responsibilities:
Development of new standardized business processes in the context of analytical laboratory services using interactive methods, including laboratory tours, workshops and interviewsDerivation of the resulting software requirements in collaboration with international stakeholdersParticipation in the development of our company's next generation laboratory information systemPresentation and explanation of the requirements for agile teamsCoordination of successful requirements implementationPreparation, support and introduction of iterative product increments as well as support of change managementQualificationsEducation Background:
Educational background Bachelor level IT or EngineeringExperience:
Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN is advantageousKnowledge of the laboratory sector, especially experience with laboratory information systems (LIMS), is advantageousVery good communication skillsLanguages requirement:
