Elevator Worker Position for Swanington ADM

Responsibilities:Operate and maintain grain elevator equipment, including conveyors, scales, and grain dryers.Monitor grain quality and make adjustments as necessary.Load trucks and railcars using equipment.Perform routing maintenance and repairs on equipment.Keep accurate records of grain inventory and transactions.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Life Critical Responsibilities would include:  Powered Industrial Equipment Operation ( Skid Steer, Tele-handler, fork lift, Boom lift) Working from Heights (190') Climbing ladders (20 - 30 ft per ladder section) Climbing & descending stairs on bin tops in excess of 50 feet. Confined space work with extreme temperatures.Basic Skills:Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending or kneeling.Working in a variety of conditions such as Hot, Cold, Dust, etc.Lifting up to 50lbs unassisted.Assist other team Members when needed, watch out for the safety of the team.
