**Main Tasks** + Response for supplier management of electronic parts， including Resister, Capacitor, Diodes, Transistors, LED, Semiconductor. + Lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs. + Conduct and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit if necessary. + Support cross function on supplier quality related issues. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. **Professional Experience** **& skills ** + Experience in semiconductor process like fab, backend assembly or testing. + 3 years above of quality or industry engineering related working experience, preferabily in automotive industry; + Knowledge on IATF16949, VDA6.3; + knowledge about APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools; + Good on both oral and written English ; + Good communication and problem solving skills. 您愿意与我们共同驾驭未来吗？即刻填写在线申请吧！
