Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Responsible for processing product through multiple wafer fab processing steps including; but not limited to photolithography, wet and dry etching, wafer cleaning, and thin film deposition.Measuring and inspecting wafers during wafer fab processing.Collect all necessary pre and post processing data and record data.Perform general clean room duties such as but not limited to stocking supplies and maintaining integrity of clean room.Categorize incoming wafers lots for processing which includes un-bagging, tagging, and staging.Prepare wafers for shipment which requires creating certificates of conformance or analysis documentation as well as wrapping wafer lots for shipment once customer orders are completed.Will be expected to work extended hours as needed and one day/night per weekend.Follow all clean room, safety, and hazardous materials protocols.Electronics Fabrication Lab Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school desirable.Detailed oriented and able to multi-task.Quick learner and be able to work competently in a high-pressure environment.Position requires one to be able to work for extended hours on their feet in a clean room environment.Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft environments including Office.Must have good interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communications.Be able to lift up to 50lbs.Work with steady hands.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
