You will be accountable for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems. Your expertise in electronics will contribute to the optimization of operational efficiency and the improvement of decision-making within the ISC organization.
You will report directly to our Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, IN location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble electronic components and systems according to engineering specifications.
• Test electronic systems and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing demand and improve processes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• 3+ years of experience in electronic testing and troubleshooting to component level.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent military training/experience.
• Experience with soldering and rework techniques.
• Familiarity with IPC standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
