Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Electronic Technician. In this role, you will perform maintenance operations support including screening and repairing electronic equipment, installing software, and installing and de-installing electronic equipment on vehicles, ground stations, and aerial vehicles. You will also be responsible for fault diagnosis, removal and replacement of line replaceable units (LRUs), Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), and providing customer support, calibration, and alignment for all C5ISR systems.
ResponsibilitiesScreen and repair electronic equipment.Install software in electronic equipment.Install and de-install electronic equipment on vehicles, ground stations, and aerial vehicles.Perform fault diagnosis, removal, and replacement of line replaceable units (LRUs).Conduct Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS).Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, and retrograde of systems.Provide customer support, calibration, and alignment for C5ISR systems and associated support equipment.Support the CECOM mission worldwide, both in peacetime and during contingency and wartime operations.Perform maintenance support primarily at the Sustainment level, including some mechanical support, generator and environmental control unit repair, and overhaul.Install C4ISR and electronic equipment and systems as required.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of experience in electronics maintenance and repair.Current and active Secret clearance.Expertise in RSC Electronics Technician roles.Experience with Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS).Ability to diagnose faults and repair electronic equipment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00/hr.
