Performs technical analysis, design, support, implementation, and project management for technology-related activities with moderate supervision. Provides customer support for technology, leveraging the information systems (IS) platform to track and perform necessary trend analysis of issues. Supports applications, network, systems, storage, and escalates issues as needed. May inspect and perform quality assurance reviews on documents in work queues.
