L3Harris is looking for an Assembler  to join our team. This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.

Essential Functions:

Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products Able to follow verbal and written instruction maintaining a focus on qualityFollows an engineering assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align partsUses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenchesMaintains consistent quality and productivity levelsUses Microsoft Office programsMaintains neat and clean work areaIdentifies problems and contributes to process improvementsPerforms some hand soldering on electronic assembliesWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production state of the art environmentWorks as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasksTraversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift Able to transport up to 30 lbs
