**Electromechanical Technician -- First Shift -- Weekly Pay**
**Pay: $25 - $30 per hour**
**Will be servicing generators, pumps, gear boxes, and more in a small shop setting. Will need to know how to properly troubleshoot equipment, and complete the repairs in a timely manner. There is plenty of room to grow within a friendly, family oriented environment!**
**Responsibilities**
+ Build, lead, and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
+ Schedule and allocate tasks to team members based on skill set and project requirements.
+ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customers' industrial equipment.
+ Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations
+ Implement and manage vibration monitoring routes to detect and diagnose equipment issues proactively.
+ Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.
+ Prepare and present regular reports on field service performance and metrics.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
