Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Quality Inspector Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Quality Inspector to join our growing team. You will be responsible for inspecting first articles, in-process parts, and final products prior to shipment, as well as generating inspection reports and reconciling final inspection documentation. Responsibilities + Inspect first articles, in-process parts, and products prior to shipment using gauges, coordinate measuring machine, optical comparators, and vision. + Generate spreadsheets for data collection. + Generate first article inspection reports. + Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments. + Test incoming raw materials. + Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, and fixtures and gauges to check work and perform detailed inspection of parts produced. + Read instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts being machined within specified tolerances. + Wear proper safety equipment and comply with company safety rules at all times.
