Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Develop, implement and manage the account strategy, focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects and manage resolu-tion of specific customer problems.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:• Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g Sustainability / Digital / Cyber Security) of the relevant global customer’s business and busi-ness environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB. • Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. • Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in electrification, mechanical-electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering.Experience in Low voltage products and solutions to connect, protect, control and measure any type of electrical installation, including protections, sensors, actuators, enclosures, distribution boards, electronic and electromechanical devices.Knowledge in build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.Identify and develop sales opportunities.Knowledge in Manufacturing, Metals, Consumer, Good Products & Automotive.Advanced English Level
