Our ideal candidates will have a solid background in electrical or plumbing systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities: + Install maintain, and repair electrical systems and plumbing fixtures in residential settting + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues to identify effective solutions. + Ensure compliance with local and national electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations. + Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors on various projects. + Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients. + Maintain organized documentation of work performed, inspections, and service agreements.
