**What You’ll Do:**
+ Diagnose, isolate, and resolve electrical malfunctions using advanced tools and test instruments.
+ Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and keep production on track.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including AC and DC systems, motors, transformers, and high-voltage systems.
+ Install and maintain electrical systems in compliance with the **NFPA 70 National Electrical Code** .
+ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of systems.
+ Utilize industry-standard safety protocols, including **Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)** procedures.
+ Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain ISO certification and ensure operational excellence.
**What You Bring to the Team:**
+ **Education & Experience:**
+ High school diploma or vocational training plus completion of a formal accredited apprenticeship or equivalent trades training.
+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems, including Ohm’s Law, AC/DC motors, transformers, and troubleshooting tools like meggers.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
+ **Personal Attributes:**
+ Highly organized, driven, and eager to grow in your role.
+ A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
**What to Expect:**
+ **Physical Demands:**
+ Regular standing and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), with activities such as reaching, climbing, and stooping.
+ **Work Environment:**
+ Exposure to moving parts, electrical systems, airborne particles, heat, and noise.
