Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $45-55/hourLocation: Pecos, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ / Days (on-call every other weekend)Assignment Duration: 6 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), holidays and PTO Responsibilities Responsible for the maintaining, ordering, installing, tracking and optimization of electrical equipment used in field operations. This position should be in charge of the electrical system of a production area and should be able to provide day to day support with some assistanceChange electric motors, sheaves, & beltsCalculate sheave size to achieve desired SPMUtilize hot stick to change line fuses and reset reclosersRun conduit and pull wireInstall ESP surface equipmentInstall, trouble shoot, and repair control panelsSplice underground 6 vac cableMaintain surge protective devicesInstall and maintain grounding systemsInstall POC’sCommunicate issues to supervisorKeep Company vehicle serviced, clean, and stocked Qualifications Knowledge of applicable codes where concerned with oil & gas industryMinimum 3 years’ work related experienceBe available for 24hr callMinimum Highschool Diploma or equivalent
