**Job Title: Electrician Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman for a 7-floor remodel project in downtown Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and installations, with the ability to lead a team and manage project operations effectively. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. + Instruct and supervise a crew of electricians. + Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide project execution. + Perform electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting as needed. + Ensure compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations. + Coordinate field operations and maintain high standards of safety and quality. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience as a Foreman Electrician. + 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. + Strong electrical schematic, layout, troubleshooting, and installation skills. + Journeyman Electrician License. + Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). + Excellent supervisory and field operation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have own tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers a supportive and easy-going work environment.
