This role involves installation, conduit bending, and working with switchgear. **🛠️ Responsibilities:** + Blueprint Mastery: Read blueprints to understand job requirements. + Work Layout: Lay out work for the execution of electrical jobs. + Leadership: Lead and guide helpers in job completion. + Conduit & Pipe Bending: Bend conduit and pipe as needed for installations. + Wire Roughing: Perform roughing of wires and conduit bending. + Installation & Troubleshooting: Install electrical systems and troubleshoot issues. + Switchgear Work: Work with switchgear and other electrical components. **🔑 Essential Skills:** + Switchgear Installation: Experience in installing switchgear and running conduit. + Wire & Pipe Proficiency: Proficiency in pulling wire and bending pipe. + Wiring Expertise: Ability to rough MC & BX wiring. + Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills. + Installation Experience: Experience with electrical installation and conduit bending. + Journeyman Experience: Journeyman with 6-8 years of experience. + OSHA 30 Certification: Must have OSHA 30 certification. + Tool & PPE Use: Ability to use required tools and PPE. **📚 Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Pipe Bending & Troubleshooting: Knowledge of pipe bending and troubleshooting switchgear. + Regulated Environment: Ability to work in a fully regulated job site environment. + OSHA Certification: Valid and scannable OSHA certification. + Communication: Respectful communication skills. **🏗️ Work Environment:** + PPE Required: Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times. + Overtime: The role may include overtime as needed. + Respectful Communication: Essential to maintain a productive work environment. 📍 Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, Virginia. **Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
