Electrician

Our commercial building manufacturing client in Rochester is seeking a 1st Shift Electrician. Applicants do NOT have to be a certified electrician, but must have knowledge and previous experience. The candidate will NOT be working with “live” electricity. The pay is $15-$18 to start, depending on experience and knowledge.

Electrician Details:

Temporary position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Will NOT be working with “live” electricity. The only time the electric is live is after everything is ran and hooked up. Then there is a tester in a receptacle to make sure the lights turn on and they don’t have any shorts. Electrician Qualifications:

Do NOT have to be a certified/journeyman electrician or have PLC knowledge.Must know your way around a load center.Must be comfortable with electrical and able to read a blueprintMust be comfortable with one story heights of the unit.Must be able to lift Up to 50 pounds.Required to bring your own: Basic Hand Tools, Tool Belt, Tape Measure, Hammer, Utility Knife, Speed SquareHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required.Must have steel toed shoes. Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
