Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler

Job Description

We are currently hiring panel assemblers to wire up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. This role primarily involves point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans, performed mostly from a sitting position. All equipment is new, ensuring there is no live wiring involved. Candidates will work off wire diagrams and must have an understanding of how to read them (test available upon request).

ResponsibilitiesPerform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.Work from wire diagrams to complete tasks.Ensure accuracy and quality in wiring tasks.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential Skills3+ months of on-the-job wiring or electrical assembly experience, or equivalent education.3+ months of experience reading schematics, with a preference for ladder logic.Basic toolset ownership (wire cutters, wire stripper, and a set of screwdrivers).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with schematic reading and electrical assembly.Familiarity with blueprints, control panels, and wiring diagrams.Mechanical assembly experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
