ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As an electrical engineer to take charge of responsible area‘s electric reparations, upgrades, introduces, and lead the responsible eara’s equipment PPM design,failure analysis, and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

To fully meet companyISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001,PSM expectations.

To be responsible for new projects’ electrical design and acceptance validations and supervision of the contractor related work in terms of , follow the company safety, quality and facility rules.

Be the coach of maintenance’s operation to be in line with SOP/WI（Loto, static control, electricity safety); make sure all team members’ operation is well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed, 

Be responsible for the development of work procedures as necessary, make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up. Ensure meeting with Operating Procedure for production effectively by coordinate with productions, process  and QA teams;

Responsible for operator development, lead as needed. Make sure technicians and operators can get adequate professional guidance and skills from the Electronics. 

Familiar with PPM,facility management;

Follow plant safety policy and work with the safety department to improve online process safety level, and support the online safety management.

College or above degree in Electricity engineering, chemical experience is a plus.

At least 8 years experience in machine repairing and maintenance in factory;

Strong skill for troubleshooting,  communication, coordination, accountability;

Fluent in both oral and written English;

Basic PC skills (word processing & spreadsheet);

Familiar with traditional manufacturing on coating and mechanical designing 

Professional in coating, printing manufacture and production knowledge preferred.
