Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and support staff. Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations. Perform fault-finding and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and equipment. Manage and maintain electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, motors, and control panels. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure proper permit-to-work procedures. Liaise with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and support operational goals.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Electrical Trade Test Certificate N3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering Supervisory Certificate 5 years’ experience in the mining industry, where 3 years must be in a supervisory role. Valid Driver’s License
