Miller Brothers Staffing is looking for an Electrical Service Engineer in the Warren, Oh area:

Pay Rate; $28.85 to $30.75/HR

Shift: 1st shift 7am to 330pm 
 

Required Education/Skills/Abilities

2-year Electrical Engineering Technology degree or 4-year Electrical Engineering degree. Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent and familiarity with PCs, including word processing. Experience with electronic inventory management and customer contact management software a plus. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, fluid schematics, and blueprints. Overall understanding of machine function, fits/alignments, CNC operation, and robot operation. Quality conscious and attentive to detail. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Professional mannerism in telephone interactions. Technical, problem-solving, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include:

Receive incoming communication from customers (via phone, email, and/or fax) and process accordingly. Solve problems using the Drake resources and discussions with team members. Log customer contact in ERP system and follow up as required to ensure resolution of customer issues. Modify or create troubleshooting documents and work instructions for customers and co-workers. Capture the knowledge of solutions to new problems! Consider ways to design problems out of future machines. Research and test new products to simplify machine operation and/or reduce future failures. Modify or create new electrical drawings from an existing set for new customer projects. Occasional travel for electrical service projects or electrical engineering projects on machine upgrades.
