Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division & market) and its customers throughout the digital solution proposals with respect to technical and commercial aspects. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by determining the costs and preparing final documentation.The work model for the role is: #L-onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrical Solutions Products.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective digital solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.•\tOffering technical advice and providing comment on inquiry specifications to customers/channels/Sales Specialists regarding ABB products/systems/applications.•\tProviding digital solution technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, and negotiations.•\tPerforming analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable digital solution that meets the customer needs.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s Degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical.4+ years experience in Customer support Portfolio Management/Business Strategy/Market IntelligenceType of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / FinanceERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced ExcelStrong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude. Advanced English.
